10 terrorists eliminated in Pakistan during two distinct operations

Islamabad, April 6 (IANS) – At least 10 terrorists were killed in Pakistan by security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan and North Waziristan districts. The operations were carried out based on intelligence inputs, resulting in the elimination of terrorists actively involved in terrorist activities and the killing of innocent civilians.

In the first operation, eight terrorists were killed after an intense exchange of fire. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that a significant amount of arms, ammunition, and explosives were seized during the operation. The ISPR also mentioned a second operation in North Waziristan where two terrorists were neutralized, along with the recovery of weapons and explosives.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended the security forces for their successful operations. The ISPR highlighted the importance of these operations in combating terrorism and maintaining peace in the region.

Both operations underscore the commitment of the security forces in eradicating terrorism from Pakistan.
