Hyundai Motor India reported a strong February performance with 50,201 units sold domestically and 10,300 units exported. The newly launched 2024 Hyundai Creta led the charge with 15,276 units sold, marking the highest-ever monthly sales for the model since its 2015 debut.
The facelift Hyundai Creta, launched in January, comes with a base price of ₹10 lakh and a top variant priced at ₹20 lakh. With three engine options and advanced safety features, the SUV has generated positive feedback among potential buyers. The strong sales in February have propelled Hyundai to a significant milestone of one million Creta sales since its inception.
Hyundai is set to unveil the Creta N Line model on March 11, following the success of the i20 N Line and Venue N Line variants. The Creta N Line is expected to offer cosmetic enhancements and possible mechanical tweaks for a sportier look and driving experience. Available in two trims and eight variants, the model will be powered by the 1.5-litre turbo engine version.
Overall, the latest iteration of Hyundai Creta has marked a successful start for the company in February, boosting its sales figures and setting new records for the popular SUV in the Indian market.
