The young actress, Suhani Bhatnagar, who played the role of young Babita Phogat in the 2016 hit film ‘Dangal’, has passed away at the age of 19. She succumbed to her illness at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi on Saturday morning.

Suhani’s tragic death was a result of an adverse reaction to medication she was taking for fluid accumulation in her body. Her final rites are set to take place at the Ajronda crematorium in Faridabad.
