Adah Sharma exudes fearlessness in two avatars in the poster for ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’

Mumbai, March 3 (IANS) – The new poster of the film ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’ featuring Adah Sharma was revealed on Sunday. The poster showcases the actress in two contrasting roles – one as IPS Neerja Madhavan and the other as a Naxal combat soldier, highlighting her commitment to the fight against Naxals.

The movie, which is set to release on March 15 globally, delves into the truth behind a number of martyrs and the role of pseudo-intellectuals in propaganda. The makers have emphasized on exposing the divide in the country funded by China.

Directed by Sudipto Sen and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s Sunshine Pictures, ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’ is Adah’s second collaboration with the team after ‘The Kerala Story’. The trailer of the film is scheduled to be unveiled on March 5, 2024.

In a statement shared alongside the poster on social media, the makers stated, “Duty or Pledge: Committed till the end, relentless in the fight against Naxals.
