All Political Roads Lead To Tamil Nadu, Rahul Gandhi, Mohan Bhagwat, JP Nadda visit state ahead of state assembly election

Makar Sankranti, Bihu, Uttarayani festival, Ghughutia and Pongal are being celebrated in the country today. Pongal is the most special festival in the South Indian states, especially Tamil Nadu.

This festival, celebrated for four days, starts today. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi is on a Tamil Nadu tour to attend this festival and see Tamil culture.

Assembly elections will held in the state in the next few months. Keeping this in mind, apart from Rahul, many politicians are currently in Tamil Nadu. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat is already in Chennai. He has gone to Chennai on a two-day tour.

This morning he offered a Pongal prayer at the Sri Kadumbadi Chinnamman Temple in Ponniammanmedu. Apart from him, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda is also visiting Tamil Nadu today. He will attend the Namma Ooru Pongal program in Chennai.

Rahul attended the Jallikattu program in Madurai today. Rahul Gandhi said that it was a lovely experience to watch Tamil culture. I am happy that Jallikattu is being organized in an orderly and safe manner, in which all are safe and all are being taken care of.

The event organized on the occasion of Pongal was accompanied by Rahul Gandhi, Udhayanidhi Stalin, secretary of DMK youth unit, Congress organization general secretary KC Venugopal, Pradesh Congress Committee President KS Alagiri, and Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy.

Let me tell you that there is a possibility of an alliance between the DMK and the Congress in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections to be held in April-May this year. Recently Rahul Gandhi went abroad on a private tour and he has returned recently. After returning from abroad, he attended a public function for the first time here.

At the same time, BJP also wants to forcefully beat this election so that it can take over the state power.

At present, the BJP has not made any announcement about its political partnership in the elections. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP formed an alliance with the AIADMK.
