NIA invokes UAPA against Sachin Vaze: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has now imposed UAPA against Sachin Vaze (the suspended and arrested police officer) in the Ambani bomb threat case. The NIA has been investigating this case for the past several days and he is being questioned continuously.

Sachin Vaze was arrested after he found a car full of explosives outside Antilia, Mukesh Ambani’s house. After the arrest, the NIA made several revelations about the case. In which it is feared that he has a hand in keeping a car full of explosives or keeping it from someone else. At the same time, the needle of suspicion about the death of Mansukh Hiren, the owner of this car, is spinning on me and his companions.

Maharashtra ATS was investigating the case of Mansukh Hiren’s death, while the Thane Sessions court has now ordered that the investigation be handed over to the NIA. After this order, the NIA will now investigate this matter as well.

The politics of Maharashtra also boiled down after the arrest of Sachin Vaze, who was the head of the Mumbai Crime Intelligence Unit. There was constant pressure on the government regarding this matter, in such a situation, the government decided to remove Police Commissioner Parambir Singh. But after the removal of Parambir Singh, he wrote a letter, in which Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has been severely accused. In this letter, it has been said that Home Minister Deshmukh had given the target of recovery of Rs 100 crores to him every month.

However, the government and all the big leaders immediately rejected these allegations of the police officer. After which Parambir Singh approached the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court asked to go to the High Court. Now the matter is in the Bombay High Court.

In which lakhs of bribes are conducted. Fadnavis said that he has evidence for this. For this, he has also met the Union Home Secretary and demanded a CBI inquiry.
