Nayanthara makes her cinematic starring in this movie as a young daughter of a temple cook. Her father taught her to cook since a kid and she had loads of interest in it. So much so that she started exploring the food life all by herself a little more. When she realizes there’s more to food like nonvegetarian food, she goes against her family’s long traditions of being temple chefs. She starts off the journey to prove herself to the family.
According to viewers, the story portrayed is as fresh and something that’s not monotonous. It’s a good watch if viewers are up for something dramatic with a hint of coming-of-age background to it. The director got loads of compliments as it seamlessly portrayed the whole story without any breaks or points where the film collided. However, there are a few viewers who didn’t quite like the promotional idea of meat-eating which the film condoned. Well, to each their own.
