Anupam Mittal’s clever comment on love-making furniture: ‘Sab ki neeyat kharab karoge, parivaar todoge’

New Delhi, March 22 (IANS) The new episode of ‘Shark Tank India 3’ showcased Punjab’s Dalip Kumar presenting his brand ‘Luvottica’, which specializes in love-making furniture. Founded in 2019, the brand focuses on sexual wellness, yoga, and meditation, catering to a niche market with over 650 fulfilled orders.

Dalip Kumar, a married 39-year-old from a middle-class farmer family, pitched for Rs 2 crore for 10% equity, expressing a vision to create innovative yet affordable products for sexual wellness, yoga, and meditation. Anupam Mittal and Namita Thapar praised the pitch, with Anupam even making a quirky comment on the product’s unique use in daily life.

During the conversation, the Sharks, including Ritesh Agarwal and Aman Gupta, engaged in a light-hearted banter discussing the potential market for the products. Vineeta Singh and Namita Thapar acknowledged the profitability of the business, suggesting differentiating the yoga and meditation products from the love-making range to cater to diverse customer segments.

Despite the positive feedback and engaging conversation, the brand ‘Luvottica’ failed to secure a deal with the Sharks on the show. The episode ends with the announcement that ‘Shark Tank India 3’ airs on Sony LIV, leaving viewers intrigued about upcoming pitches and innovative ideas yet to be explored.
