Asian Games 2022 Competitor Karman Singh Tikka Wins FIFA 2023 in College Rivals Grand Finale

The grand finale of College Rivals, India’s largest Esports talent hunt, concluded with 28 college students winning a share of the Rs 50 lakh prize pool. Karman Singh Tikka emerged victorious in FIFA 23, while Vayam Bhatt triumphed in Tekken 7, among other winners.

The event, organized by Ampverse and DMI Finance, featured a total prize pool of INR 50 lakh and attracted over 5,000 attendees who witnessed the intense competition across six titles. Divyansh Vashisht won the BGMI title, securing the top prize of INR 4 lakh.

In addition to individual prizes, the finale also offered a professional Esports contract with Rivals Pro Esports to one BGMI player. Winners across all categories received substantial prize money, with Arnav Manoj, Vinit Mane, and Samyak Magare emerging victorious in Road to Valor, Valorant, and Counter-Strike 2 respectively.

Gaming enthusiasts had the opportunity to engage with Esports personalities like Naman Mathur, Payal Dhare, Tanmay Singh, and Yash Thakker, who participated in a BGMI match. The event also featured cosplay competitions, arcade gaming zones, and various other attractions for attendees to enjoy.

The journey of College Rivals began with city qualifiers in August, where teams competed in bracket-based matches across five cities. The event visited 25 colleges and attracted a total of 92,000 participants nationwide, making it a truly immersive and memorable experience for all involved.
