Athulya Ashokan Posts Cryptic Suspicious Instagram Story, Fans Are Concerned
Renowned Instagram personality Athulya Ashokan, who married Risal Mansoor earlier in 2023 and then changed to Islam, has now made discreet references to self-harm on her social media accounts.

After Athulya Ashokan’s post went viral and people started comparing it to “The Kerala Story,” she decided to make her Instagram account private.
“Whatever happens to me, no one in my family is responsible. Only him,” she wrote in an Instagram Story that has now been removed, tagging her spouse Risal Mansoor.
Fans began to fear for her security after she removed all images of her spouse, particularly ones from their wedding. Although several speculate that her account might have been hacked, no formal evidence has been provided.
A few months prior, Athulya Ashokan had declared her engagement to Risal Mansoor together with the film’s premiere of “The Kerala Story.” But not much is known about Mansoor, other than the fact that his Instagram page describes him as a transporter from Perumbavoor, Kerala, a mechanical engineer, and a football fan.
The Keralan internet celebrity changed her Instagram page to ‘private,’ confining visibility to only her current followers, about a day after posting a troubling statement that blamed her spouse for certain incidents in her life.
Questions have been raised regarding the possible hack of Athulya’s Instagram account by someone else after she deleted the story and changed to a private account. This could make it more difficult for her to use the platform to share her current condition, which would raise questions about her freedom of speech.
However, it’s still unclear if someone else is currently in charge of her account and making these changes. Whoever has seen the message has screenshotted it and some have posted it on Twitter tagging concerned officials to keep a check on what’s happening.
