Beyoncé’s Cover Of, The Beatles ‘Blackbird’ Win Hearts

Beyoncé, or the Queen Bey, is out with the second installment of her album, “Rennaisanaw,” which she released in 2022. This album is named “Cowboy Carter” and is currently viral on the internet. So, the thing goes, the album was massively hyped before its release.

Beyoncé Covers The Beatles ‘Blackbird’

There were talks about collaborations in it, as Taylor Swift was believed to make an appearance.

However, Beyoncé dropped a bigger bomb than Taylor Swift in this release.

BLACKBIIRD (Official Lyric Video)

The second track on her album is receiving loads of attention from the music community. It is a rendition of “Blackbird,” which was originally a Beatles song. Paul wrote the song in the 1960s; it is all about the freedom struggles of the Black people and how they were treated as the minority in society.

Beyoncé took that song and made a beautiful cover. She kept the rhythm of the guitar and the tempo perfectly matched with the original, but she added a few empowering lyrics to it as well. Contrary to other renditions that have been done by artists, this cover received attention from critics and compliments as well.

People loved how empowering and fierce the cover turned out to be. The collaboration on this album includes Miley Cyrus and Post Malone. Taylor Swift was nowhere to be found. However, the star of the show is the second track on the album, and it’s safe to say that people love it.

“This album has been over five years in the making. It was born out of an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed…and it was very clear that I wasn’t. But, because of that experience, I did a deeper dive into the history of Country music and studied our rich musical archive,”

is what she stated about the addition of the song to her album.
