Recently Antara Biswas aka Monalisa once again proved she is the queen of oomph and boldness in her latest photoshoot. 

In her latest photoshoot, she was seen wearing a bo*ld light pink off-shoulder gown. She accessorized her look with a heavy golden-colored necklace and earrings. Her makeup was a natural tone with vibrant pink lip shade. 

To those who don’t know Monalisa is a well-established TV actress from the Bhojpuri film industry. She was originally born in Patna, Bihar as Antara Biswas but her family relocated to Kolkata, West Bengal. She completed her schooling in Kolkata only. She started her acting career as an item girl in Bhojpuri songs.

She has done almost 100 Bhojpuri films and appeared in 30 item songs. It was her instinct on Bigg Boss season 10 that brought her national fame.

Her friendship with Manu Punjabi increased the overall TRP of the show. Later, she made her Bollywood debut with Blackmail alongside Ajay Devgn and Sunil Shetty.

During her career span, she has worked with many notable personalities including Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, and Dinesh Lal Yadav to name a few.

In 2013, she was awarded the Best Actress by NBC awards. 

In 2017, Monalisa is married to fellow Bhojpuri actor Vikrant Singh Rajpoot. The couple were married on the set of Bigg Boss, her wedding was viewed by millions of fans, generating the highest TRP of all time since the show was launched. 

Besides Bhojpuri films, she has done work in Oriya, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
