BJP criticizes Congress for Surjewala’s controversial comments about Hema Malini

The BJP has slammed Congress leader Randeep Surjewala for allegedly making sexist remarks about BJP MP Hema Malini. BJP’s IT Department chief Amit Malviya shared a video on social media platform, where the Congress MP was making objectionable comments about the Mathura MP. Malviya criticized the comments as demeaning and derogatory towards women in general, including Hema Malini.

Malviya emphasized that such remarks were disgusting and highlighted the misogynistic attitude of Rahul Gandhi’s Congress party. Hema Malini has been renominated to contest the Lok Sabha election from the Mathura seat in Uttar Pradesh. The BJP’s response comes in the midst of the ongoing election campaign, where political parties are actively engaging in campaigns to gather support for their candidates.

The incident has sparked a debate on social media, with many condemning the alleged sexist comments made by Randeep Surjewala. The BJP’s strong reaction to the remarks indicates the party’s commitment to standing up against derogatory comments towards women. As the election season heats up, such incidents are likely to become more common as political parties try to gain an edge over their opponents by any means necessary.
