BJP Unveils Fourth List of Candidates for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Election

The Central Election Committee of the BJP released the fourth list of 14 candidates for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, including candidates for Lok Sabha and assembly by-elections. Tamil Nadu will go to the polls on April 19th to elect 39 Lok Sabha members. In the 2019 polls, DMK-led alliance won 38 seats and AIADMK won one seat.

The list includes candidates like Pon V. Balaganapthy for Tiruvallur, R.C. Paul Kanakaraj for Chennai North, and Raadhika Sarathkumar for Virudhanagar. A. Namassivayam will contest the Puducherry Lok Sabha seat. V.S. Nanthini was announced for the assembly by-election to Vilvancode seat. Tamil Nadu will go to polls on April 19th to elect 39 Lok Sabha members.

According to the statement released by the BJP, “The list for the Lok Sabha polls includes candidates for various constituencies in Tamil Nadu. The party is gearing up for the upcoming elections and is confident about its candidates to secure victory in their respective constituencies.”

The BJP is strategizing to increase its presence in Tamil Nadu, with the release of this list reaffirming their commitment to contesting strongly in the upcoming elections. The party aims to put forward a strong front and secure a significant number of seats in the Lok Sabha.
