BMW X3 Teased Before Debut, Confirmed to Include Plug-in Hybrid Version

The new generation BMW X3 SUV is expected to break cover in a few weeks. BMW X3, a top-selling model, is gearing up for its next-gen iteration with improved features and design changes. The new X3, internally known as G45, boasts a sleeker body, improved fuel efficiency, wider track, and enhanced rigidity for a comfortable ride experience.

The upcoming BMW X3 will feature an adaptive chassis with electronically controlled shock absorbers, a more direct steering ratio, and upgraded safety technology. The car is expected to achieve a high score in the Euro NCAP crash test. Additionally, the new X3 will sport a simplified dashboard layout with a mix of touch and physical buttons for easy access to functions.

Pictures of camouflaged prototypes of the plug-in hybrid and high-performance variants of the new BMW X3 have been revealed. The plug-in hybrid model is expected to have an extended electric range, while the high-performance version will come with a quad exhaust system and a new nomenclature without the ‘i’. This move signifies BMW’s new naming strategy for its petrol cars.

“The new BMW X3 promises to be a game-changer in the luxury SUV segment with its advanced features and design upgrades,” says a BMW spokesperson. Car enthusiasts and luxury car buyers are eagerly awaiting the official debut of the new BMW X3, which is expected to set new benchmarks in the segment.
