Bodies have been found in the search for two brothers missing off the Lancashire coast.

Muhammad Azhar Shabbir, 18, and Ali Athar Shabbir, 16, acquired into issue in the sea at Lytham St Annes on Saturday together with their cousin.

Their cousin, aged 15, managed to swim ashore and was handled for hypothermia.

Lancashire Police mentioned the household of the brothers from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, has been knowledgeable after the our bodies have been found.

The HM Coastguard and RNLI made the invention a few mile away from St Annes Pier on Sunday afternoon.

Crews searched late into the night time for the brothers and resumed their efforts on Sunday

“While they’ve but to be formally recognized, they’re believed to be Muhammad and Ali,” Lancashire Police mentioned.

“Our ideas and condolences stay with them and their associates at this extremely distressing time.”

The household is being supported by a specifically educated officer.

Their cousin, who has not been named, stays in hospital.
