According to Daily Mail, the incident occurred on 21 February 2023 in Matanzas High School. The assault resulted in multiple bruising on the teacher’s face along with two broken ribs. The fight was so intense that security had to come to rescue the teacher. The whole quarrel was captured on CCTV camera.
Court Judgment
In the court, the victim has decided not to advocate the reduced prison time. The final decision over his prison sentencing will be disclosed by 2024. The assigned Judge Terrence Perkins will make the final decision on his sentencing by January 2024.
The assaulted teacher refused to help Brendan get lighter punishment and said – “I hope this case will prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma. I’m hopeful that the awareness of this incident being spread far and wide will prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma, physical healing, and disruption of everyday life this has caused.”
The assault is spreading like wildfire on various social media platforms. People on social media are trying to understand the whole situation as the kid has autism but his actions have brought him in front of the law.
