Car rams into bus in UP’s Pratapgarh, resulting in 3 deaths

In Pratapgarh (Uttar Pradesh), three individuals, including a six-year-old girl, lost their lives while two women sustained serious injuries in a tragic accident on the Prayagraj-Lucknow highway. The incident occurred near Bishia village in the Hathigawan area when a car collided with a roadways bus from Prayagraj.

Kunda Circle Officer (CO), Ajit Singh, stated that the car crashed into the bus, resulting in injuries to five individuals, including the two women. Unfortunately, Anuj Goswami, 32, Vaishnavi Goswami, 25, and Gungun Goswami, 6, succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.

The two critically injured women, Anita, 40, and Twinkle, 25, have been referred to Prayagraj for further medical treatment as their condition is reported to be severe. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination to ascertain the cause of death.

The authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the tragic accident on the highway, seeking to determine the root cause and prevent such incidents from reoccurring. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims during this difficult time.
