CBSE board exams schedule to be released on February 2 Union Minister of Education

The Central Secondary Board (CBSE) is going to announce the schedule of 10th and 12th board examinations to be held this year on 02 February. This information has been given by Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal.

Due to the Corona period, students’ education was disrupted for a long time. But on 31 December, putting an end to this, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank had announced that the year 2021 would be the CBSE board examination. He had also announced the dates of the 10th and 12th grade board exams. The board exam will be held from 4 May 2021 and will be conducted till 10 June 2021.

At the same time, the Education Minister had said that the results of the board examination will be declared on July 15. He also emphasized that the Covid-19 protocol will be fully taken care of during the board examination. He made it clear that this exam would not be online but offline only.

30 percent syllabus has been reduced this year

On the paper pattern of board examinations, the Controller of Examinations has said that the paper pattern of board examinations will be similar to the sample paper issued by the board. CBSE will no longer revise the syllabus for the upcoming board exams. Because the board has already cut 30 percent syllabus for this year. The board will increase the number of examination centers and the examinations will not be self-centered.

Only 12 students are allowed to sit in a class

Only 12 students will be allowed to sit in a class during the examination. 3 sets of question paper will be sent to the examination centers. The formula of 80 plus 20 will be applicable for 10th standard. In which 80 number theory and 20 number will be given for internal evaluation.

Schools will soon get a new software

Schools will soon be given a new software to manage the examinations. Whose login ID and password will be kept separately for each school. For any information related to board exams, only the information available on the official website of the board should be considered final.
