Chandrababu Naidu pledges to lead Andhra Pradesh into a ‘golden era’

TDP President N. Chandrababu Naidu promises to lead Andhra Pradesh into a ‘golden era’ during his election campaign. He vows to bring development and light into people’s lives, contrasting his vision with the current administration under Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Naidu addresses public meetings in Srikalahasti and Proddatur, highlighting the TDP’s commitment to free bus travel for women and criticizing Reddy as a “destroyer, arrogant, and corrupt”. He emphasizes the need to bring the state back on track and ensure rapid development.

The TDP leader accuses the YSRCP of mismanagement, citing budget allocations for welfare during TDP and YSRCP rule. He also claims credit for industrial development during TDP’s regime and vows to hold accountable those who have harmed the state.

Naidu further criticizes Reddy for alleged ties to red sandalwood smuggling and accuses him of betraying the Dalit community, citing incidents of violence against Dalits under the current administration. The TDP chief rallies support from TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP, declaring their alliance in the interest of the people.
