Chandrababu says Jagan relying on election irregularities
Amaravati, March 20 (IANS) Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu has accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy of resorting to irregularities as his last weapon in the upcoming elections on May 13. Naidu claimed that Jagan has lost people’s trust and is now relying on manipulations.
Naidu urged the people to unite and defeat the YSR Congress, which he believes has destroyed the state. He emphasized the importance of implementing electoral norms effectively and urged citizens to take responsibility.
Encouraging people to download the C-Vigil app, Naidu explained that it allows individuals to report any violations to the Election Commission, such as money distribution to voters or misinformation campaigns by parties. He stressed the importance of transparency in conducting elections.
Naidu highlighted the collaboration between TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP in fighting against the alleged atrocities of the YSR Congress. He called on the public to join in this effort to combat irregularities in the electoral process.
Addressing the youth, Naidu emphasized the need for electing efficient leadership for a better future, especially in light of the challenges posed by the current administration. With simultaneous elections scheduled for the Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Lok Sabha seats on May 13, Naidu called for active citizen participation in maintaining the integrity of the electoral process.
