Charges framed against former Haryana CM Bhupendra Hooda in CBI court

The former chief minister is accused that he had allotted crores of land to the AJL company against the rules. In November 2018, the CBI had registered a case against Hooda regarding this case.

CBI court has framed charges against former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Hooda. A case was registered against him in the Associated Journals Limited case, after which charges have been framed in the court. In this case, Congress leader Motilal Vora was also accused.

The former chief minister is accused that he had allotted crores of land to the AJL company against the rules. In November 2018, the CBI had registered a case against Hooda regarding this case. The land on which this case has been registered was allotted to AJL earlier, but due to not being able to meet the conditions in due time, this land was withdrawn from the company. It is alleged that during 2005 as the Chief Minister, Bhupendra Singh Hooda decided to allot the land once again by going beyond the rules.
