Chetak, Pulsar, and Platina Drive Bajaj Sales to 25% Growth

Bajaj Auto has reported a 25 per cent growth in overall sales in March’24, with 3,65,904 units sold, including 1,45,511 units exported, a 39 per cent increase from March’23. Domestic sales stood at 2,20,393 units, showing an increase of 18 per cent from the previous year.

The domestic two-wheeler sales saw a 20 per cent increase from 1,52,287 units to 1,83,004 units, while exports grew by 38 per cent from 94,715 units to 1,30,881 units. Bajaj Auto’s successful sales figures have been boosted by the Chetak, Pulsar, and Platina models.

Bajaj is currently working on introducing the updated Pulsar N250 in the Indian market, with substantial updates including up-side down forks from the Pulsar NS200 and a new all-digital instrument cluster with advanced features like call management and turn-by-turn navigation. The new Pulsar N250 is expected to bring significant improvements to the Pulsar lineup.

Additionally, Bajaj Auto is also working on a groundbreaking CNG-powered motorcycle based on the CT platform and its most powerful Pulsar ever, which is rumored to feature a 373cc engine from the Dominar. The manufacturer is making strides in innovation and product development to meet the evolving needs of the Indian motorcycle market.
