Chittorgarh Principal and Teacher Suspended After Viral Video Sparks Investigation
In a shocking incident that occurred in a Government School in Chittorgarh, a Principal and a Teacher were suspended after a video depicting them in an inappropriate situation became public. The State Education Department took action after a complaint was filed.
It also formed a three-member committee to investigate the entire episode. Both employees have been asked to report to different offices until the committee submits its report on the investigation. The committee has been given a week to submit its report.

A complaint was received against the Principal and the Teacher by the District Education Officer in Chittorgarh, and after the video showing the duo kissing went viral on social media, the Education Officer suspended both. A committee of three officers has been tasked to investigate the incident.

In a statement, the District Education Officer for Elementary Education, Rajendra Kumar Sharma, said:
“Both the teachers were suspended immediately. The head of the institution will report to the office of the Chief Education Officer, and the teacher will report to a different office. A committee of three officials has been formed to investigate the matter and submit the report within a week.”
It was reported that in the past, the Principal of an upper primary school in Rajasthan’s Chittorgarh was seen on CCTV engaging in indecent acts with female staff on multiple occasions. In another video, the Principal could be seen chewing tobacco while seated at his desk in the school.
