Cody Ko Accused Of Having Sex With Tana Mongeau When She Was Minor, D’Angelo Wallace Asks For His Statement
On the 88th episode of her “Cancelled with Tana Mongeau & Brooke Schofield” podcast which was released last month i.e. June 2024, Tana Mongeau, a popular YouTuber, spoke up about having a sexual relationship with another well-known YouTuber Cody Ko at the time when she was just 17 (a minor) and he was 25.

Recently, D’Angelo Wallace also posted a 15-minute video about the same discussing the allegations made against Cody Ko, titled “An Uncomfortable Conversation About Cody Ko.”
The video primarily questions why Cody Ko hasn’t responded to the allegations.
Here’s what Tana claimed in her podcast about her altercation with Cody Ko,
“I hooked up with Cody Ko when I was 17 and he was 25. There was a situation with Gabbie Hanna at a Playlist Live, where she pulled him aside and held him like, ‘Yo! She’s 17!” And then he still went and hooked up. This isn’t just some crazy tea. It was a crime.”
Several YouTubers have taken a stand in support of Tana Mongeau, emphasizing the seriousness of the accusations among which Wallace directly called out Cody Ko for his actions by releasing a video on her official YouTube channel.
According to Wallace, Cody hasn’t replied to the allegations or the comments on his posts.
Cody has also reportedly censored comments on his videos to prevent people from discussing the issue openly.
Wallace says,
“You refuse to say anything at all. You could clarify this, but you won’t. But now your cowardice has reached a new low. You’ve tried speaking and you’ve tried silence, and now you’re choosing censorship. On your YouTube channel where you’ve been pumping out content nearly every day now, I couldn’t find a single comment on your last video about this situation. Not even one.”
Currently, there are no comments related to the incident on Cody’s YouTube or Instagram accounts, possibly due to how algorithms handle controversial topics.
However, Cody is still facing significant criticism from netizens.
Other YouTubers and internet consumers are upset about Cody’s actions and demanding answers regarding the accusations.
