Actually, Rawat was found infected with the coronavirus some days ago. He was in the Government Doon Hospital in the state. A CMO official told the agency, “The CM is in good health. His fever had reduced at night. Physician Dr. NS Bisht said that the health of the Chief Minister is normal but there is a mild infection in his lungs. ”
According to the official, the Chief Minister is being taken there on the advice of doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. After a mild fever, Rawat went to Doon Hospital for examination late Sunday evening, where he was admitted by doctors.

Earlier, Chief Minister Rawat’s coronavirus infection was confirmed on December 18, following which he went into seclusion. Apart from Rawat, his wife and daughter were also found infected with the coronavirus.
