Cricket Australia CEO Hockley refutes claims of disregarding study on preserving Test cricket
New Delhi, March 2 (IANS) – Cricket Australia CEO Nick Hockley has refuted claims that Australia, England, and India ignored a study presented to the ICC aimed at saving Test cricket. The study proposed changes to the FTP to ensure the future of the format.
According to Hockley, discussions are ongoing to optimize the calendar and grow cricket globally. The proposals include additional windows for T20 leagues, changes to the World Test Championship points system, and tighter ODI structures.
