‘Animal’ is all set to hit the theatres on December 1. Sandeep Reddy Vanga comes back to the biz with his brand new action thriller film. Ranbir Kapoor is playing the ravish anti-hero in the movie and is cast opposite Rashmika Mandanna.
Deep Fake Video Of Mahesh Babu In ‘Animal’ Trailer
According to the town talk, Mahesh Babu was originally selected to play the role of Ranbir but he declined it. A deepfake video was posted online where Mahes Bbau’s face was morphed into Ranbir’s. The entire trailer was made into a deepfake, which gained a lot of attention online.
The video was shared by the channel named, Roaster Bidda, and the video also morphed Anil Kapoor’s face into Prakash Raj and Bobby Deol’s character into Sonu Sood. Mahesh taking on Ranbir’s role did not quite sit right with the fans as some said, “Yash would be a better fit for this,” while others commented as to how Mahesh could not grow a beard like Ranbir did for the film.
The video gained more than 40k likes over a span of 48 hours, and is getting shared all across. Eventually to clear the air regarding the fiasco Sandeep Reddy Vanga stated that Mahesh Babu did not reject the script for ‘Animal’. He presented Mahesh with another script for a different film which he rejected but not ‘Animal’.
SS Rajmouli attended a pre-release event with Sandeep in Hyderabad recently where a lot of inside information was spilled regarding the film. ‘Anumal’ is ready to hit the theatres on December 1st, 2023. This marks Ranbir Kapoor’s 2nd film with Sandeep. The trailer and song releases got a lot of hype online, the ‘josh’ is high for the film.
