As stated above, the video shows an adult doing self-plasuring activities in front of a minor girl in Delhi Metro. The accused belongs to West Bengal and was later caught by two passengers. The police authority held the accused at Shahdara station.
According to new reports, the man was masturbating and ejaculating in front of a minor girl in a crowded metro. A fellow passenger saw him and instantly decided to intervene.
Here’s What the Police Department Said-
As per the statement of DCP, Ram Gopal Naik a station controller received a written complaint alleging that a passenger was caught doing disturbing acts with a minor girl on public transport. The accused has been identified as Mojammal Hussain, who is a resident behind the minor girl.
After the incident, he was taken into police custody. DCP further stated that he was booked under PC Sections 354A and 294. Plus, the officials are trying to identify the girl in order to get her statement for further inquiry.
