Distressing Video of Agra Homestay Woman Gang-Raped, Goes Viral, ‘I Have Little Daughters..’

When the whole country was celebrating Diwali which represents the triumph of good over evil an incident that shocked the nation happened in Agra. An Agra Homestay Employee was gang-raped by five men and was forced to drink alcohol.
A video of the purported incident has become viral in which the helpless victim is crying for help. The woman was pleading that she has little daughters but the men continued with their despicable act.

The victim was working at the Agra homestay and was gang raped by five persons which also included a woman. The victim alleged that an objectionable video was made and she was later blackmailed.
All the perpetrators of this heinous crime have been arrested as per a statement by the police. The woman was also forced to consume alcohol and the bottle was smashed on her head.

Police also unearthed a video of the victim in which she is seen crying for help and pleading that she has small daughters. The police have charged the men and their accomplices with rape charges as well as attempt to murder charges.
The Police said that they received a distress call from the victim on Saturday night rushed to the Homestay and arrested all the perpetrators of the crime as per the statement released by Archana Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Sadar. The homestay which was a rented apartment has been sealed.

Four men and a woman arrested
The ACP said “Four men and a woman have been arrested after the incident. The medical examination of the victim will be done and legal action is being taken in the case,”
Mohit Sharma in-charge of Basai police post told PTI that the woman aged around 25 was gang raped and assaulted and the call was received by Police on Saturday midnight. The police immediately swung into action and all the accused were arrested.
Sharma added that the accused had made objectionable videos of the victim in the past and were blackmailing her. Narrating the horror, the victim also said that she was repeatedly beaten and the accused even broke a bottle on her head. All the people who were involved in the crime were from Agra.

The police have registered a case under IPC sections 376 (rape), 307 (attempt to murder), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), among other relevant sections, and sections 7 and 8 of The Immoral Traffic Prevention Act
