Dolly Chaiwala Named as Microsoft Windows 12 Ambassador? A Satirical Post Ignites Online Frenzy

The internet was taken by storm by a single post claiming that the infamous social media personality, Dolly Chaiwala, has been named the brand ambassador for Microsoft’s upcoming operating system update, Windows 12.

The minute it was posted, it went viral, spreading across various social media platforms including Twitter, and Instagram.

Is Dolly Chaiwala Really Microsoft Windows 12’s New Face?

According to reports from The Times of India, the post originally originated from The Bindu Times, a satirical news parody/meme page on social media.

It should be noted that when netizens started sharing the post, they missed the Satire present in the bio of @thebindutimes.

The bio of the account mentions “All posts are done for Satire/Parody” purposes.

As of now, Microsoft has not made any kind of announcement regarding the release date for Windows 12, or if they are working on the OS in any way.

So, making Dolly Chaiwala the face of it seems out of the blue and a baseless rumor.

In the world of technology and development, any business update is mostly accompanied by a formal press release or any other official form of communication.

Neither Bill Gates nor Microsoft has made any statement related to Dolly Chaiwala and Microsoft.

Dolly Chaiwala is a social media personality and YouTuber who first came into the limelight for his unique style of selling chai. His shop, Dolly Ki Tapri, is situated in Sadar Bazaar, near the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) stadium.

Bill Gates recently visited India where he “collaborated” with the viral tea-maker. He shared the video on his official social media handles.
