Mumbai, March 27 (IANS) Actress-singer Dot. has released the video for her single ‘Girls Night’, celebrating female friendships. In the video, Dot. and her friends find solace in each other’s company, showcasing the importance of camaraderie and bonding.

Dot., whose real name is Aditi Saigal, expressed her excitement about the project, stating, “One of the best things about being in this line of work is the ability to say ‘Hey you know what? I wanna shoot a music video with my best friends’ and then just.. doing it! I mean really. How lucky am I?”

Directed by close friend Hawwa Samples, the video portrays a cozy setting where Dot. and her friends Shibangi and Aksha can relax and be themselves, away from the pressures of daily life. The trio captures moments of their friendship, reminiscing on shared memories and escapades.

“We wanted to capture the ease with which we unwind together, as well as some of our antics. We brainstormed to try to tap into specific memories we had of each other,” Dot. shared about the creative process behind the video, which aims to resonate with viewers as a tribute to friendships everywhere.

Produced by Dot. and Hawwa, ‘Girls Night’ marks another collaboration with Welsh production powerhouse, The Playbook.
