Dr Disrespect Joins Rumble: Exclusive Streaming, Equity Deal, and Advisory Role
Dr Disrespect, also known by his real name Guy Beahm, is now a part of the live streaming platform Rumble. Dr Disrespect is now switching to his third platform after the Twitch ban in 2020.
The rumors that he will join the Rumble platform has been on for some time especially after YouTube declined to remonetize his channel. The rumors were confirmed on November 25 when Rumble announced the deal.

For the unversed, the gaming personality was demonetized by YouTube after it came to light that Dr Disrespect had sent some inappropriate messages to minors. However, the gaming personality has stated that he was misinterpreted.
The video game streamer personality will now be a part of the right-wing streaming platform which also features several controversial personalities like Russell Brand and persons who are unwanted on several streaming platforms. Dr Disrespect will also receive equity and will serve as an advisor despite his tainted background.
The company’s November 25 press release reads,
“As part of an agreement that includes equity with milestones as a majority of its compensation, Dr Disrespect will provide exclusive content to Rumble Premium for his ‘Champions Club’ community. Dr Disrespect will also lead Rumble Gaming, acting as an advisor and helping to build the Rumble Gaming community.”
Dr Disrespect will start streaming his content on Rumble from December 2. Rumble to mark the occasion is also offering a $10 discount for new subscribers who join his community.
Fans also noticed that a new Dr Disrespect Rumble channel was created on November 18 and it was followed by the removal of a number of fake profiles from the platform. Dr Disrespect will provide exclusive content for Rumble Premium’s “Champions Club” and will act as the advisor for Rumble Gaming.
The news has been received positively by the investors and Rumble shares rose by 17% and it represented the highest intraday rise since July. Rumble also stated that the partnership with Dr Disrespect also included an equity deal. It is imperative to note that most of a gamer’s compensation will be tied to achieving certain goals.
