What is the e-Shram portal?

There are around 38 crore unorganised workers, from construction labourers, migrant labourers, street vendors and domestic workers who are working in the unorganized sector. There was no official registration of their work or salary for these many years. Now the government is targeting to register these labourers from the unorganized sectors through the e-Shram portal.
