Earthquake Today: 3.3 Magnitude Earthquake Reported in Oakland
An earthquake was reported in Oakland Friday night. The quake, which had a magnitude of 3.3, was registered at 7:13 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake that occurred less than a mile from San Leandro, one mile from Castro Valley and two miles away in the cities of Ashland and three miles away from San Lorenzo.
In the last 10 days, there have been four earthquakes of magnitude 3 or greater centered nearby that we know about so far!
