Overview of Elvish Yadav and Maxtern Controversy: Everything You Need To Know

Elvish Yadav, renowned winner of Bigg Boss OTT season 2 has found himself in the middle of another big controversy. Maxtern aka YouTuber Sagar Thakur has raised serious serious allegations against Elvish Yadav.

Recently, Maxtern took to his official X (previously Twitter) account and accused the Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner of sending him death threats.

Maxtern, 25, who seemed to suffer minor injuries claimed that it was from the brawl between him and Elvish Yadav. He also called for legal action under section 307.

Putting light on the alleged incident, Thakur said,

“Bhaisaab, jaan se maarne ki dhamki de gaye hain. Main toh akela tha. Elvish bhai saath mein bahut saare bande laaye the. Toh iske main full video subah dealt hu ache se. Sab dekhna kya hua. Hamare pass bhi recording hai. Main toh theek hu bas yahan (lip) par chot aaye hai. Yeh bhi 8 logo se ladne ke baad aaye hai.”

In response, Elvish also alleged that Maxtern made mockery of his family which resulted in his outburst, slapping Maxtern. However, as per the Big Boss OTT winner, a lot of factors were behind his decision to slap Maxtern.

As per reports by Pinkvilla, the feud between Elvish Yadav and Sagar Thakur originated from the latter’s recent mockery of the former’s camaraderie with Munawar Faruqui. Seemingly, the mockery ignited Elvish Yadav and he issued death threats.

Elvish Yadav also called Maxtern “two-faced.”

He also urged the Haryana authorities to carry on a thorough investigation into the matter.

Elvish Yadav Clarification Video

In response, Yadav took to Instagram and replied to the allegations against him.

He captioned the video,

“First plan and play victim, My side of the story which everyone should know, Ram Ram.”

In a long video on Instagram, Elvish Yadav told his side of the matter. In the video, he expressed his grief and disappointment in Indian citizens for judging him by hearing to one side of the matter only.

As per The Indian Express, Elvish stated the following in the video.

“A few videos have been going viral, you must have seen me beating Maxtern in it, basis that you all declared me a culprit and a crook. I want to clear everything up, I would like to tell the Indian audience that you’ll be very emotional, you’ll declare a judgment listening to one side of the story and pick a side. But I have the right to tell my story too…”

FIR Filed Against Elvish Yadav

It is noteworthy that, Elvish Yadav’s clarification video came up after an FIR was filed against Elvish Yadav after the slapping incident.

Elvish revealed that the reason behind assaulting Maxtern was the latter threatening his parents and burning him along with his parents alive.

According to the reports, a case against Elvish and eight others has been registered in the police station. Police have asked the Nine people to appear at the station on March 12, Tuesday.

In the picture, Elvish Yadav posed with Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern, and captioned the picture as, ” Bhaichara on Top.”

The duo can be seen holding each other and showing teeth, resolving the differences between them.
