New Delhi, March 12 (IANS) Cristiano Amon, President and CEO of Qualcomm, expressed his eagerness to enhance collaboration with the Adani Group. Amon met Gautam Adani to discuss semiconductors, AI, mobility, and edge appliances. Qualcomm aims to support India’s digital transformation and expand partnerships with AdaniOnline.

Gautam Adani, Founder of the Adani Group, described his meeting with Cristiano Amon as productive. He found Amon’s vision for various technologies across different markets inspiring. Adani emphasized the importance of Amon’s plans and commitment to India’s potential.

India is set to kickstart its semiconductor journey with the foundation stone laying ceremony for three new projects worth Rs 1.25 lakh crore, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Two of these projects are initiated by the Tata Group, showcasing India’s ambition in the semiconductor sector.
