Florence Pugh: Got to hang out with Christopher Walken for two weeks on ‘Dune 2’ set

Actress Florence Pugh, who will star in ‘Dune: Part Two’, expresses thrill at working with Christopher Walken and other cast members. She describes her experience as “huge” and “epic”, and had the best first day of filming in Italy. The film is set to release on March 1, 2024.

Florence Pugh, known for her roles in ‘Little Women’ and ‘Black Widow’, is set to join the cast of ‘Dune: Part Two’ and is ecstatic to be working alongside Christopher Walken and other acclaimed actors. Pugh expressed her excitement by stating, “It was quite possibly the most thrilling welcome to a world I think I have ever experienced, and probably ever will experience.”

Pugh also shared her delight in joining the ‘Dune’ world, stating, “Joining it has been huge, and being able to walk onto the sets and being able to be a part of Denis Villeneuve’s imagination is quite an experience.” She also highlighted her memorable experience working with Léa Seydoux and Charlotte Rampling on the set in Italy.

The actress also recounts her experience of spending time with Christopher Walken, expressing disbelief at the opportunity and considering it as “one of the peaks of my career”. Pugh’s immersion into the world of ‘Dune: Part Two’ has left a lasting impression on her, as she anticipates the release of the film on March 1, 2024 in English and Hindi.
