Former Fox Sports Stylist Noushin Faraji Files Explosive Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Misconduct and Workplace Harassment

A former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, has filed a suit against Fox, Skip Bayless, and others on 14 counts, including sexual battery. The suit also alleges that Bayless offered the plaintiff $1.5 million to have sex with him. The suit further charges an FS1 executive with grabbing the victim by her buttocks.
Noushin Faraji, who was an employee at Fox Sports from 2012 through last August 2024, has instituted a lawsuit seeking to make Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Bayless, and FS1 host Joy defendants.
Noushin Faraji Sues Over Sexual Misconduct and Workplace Harassment Allegations
In the lawsuit, Faraji alleged that Dixon, the head of content for FS1, grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood. Faraji also alleged that when she complained about Dixon’s actions to Taylor, the Fox host, he told her to get over it.
In the lawsuit, Faraji seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial. The lawsuit also demands class-action status on behalf of Faraji and other nonexempt Fox employees over the last four years.
Faraji, in her lawsuit, detailed the sexual harassment she endured at the hands of Bayless, which included forced hugs, kisses on the cheek, and pressing his body against her, including her breasts.
Despite her objections, Bayless continued his actions and became even more aggressive over the years.
The lawsuit also alleges that Bayless offered $1.5 million to have sex with him. The lawsuit further charges Bayless with falsely accusing her of being in a relationship with Shannon Sharpe, his co-star on Undisputed.
The lawsuit chronicles the trauma Faraji endured. After one week, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji.
When Faraji reminded him that he had a wife, he responded by saying that since she was a Muslim, her father must have had three to four wives. Faraji replied that her father is dead and used the opportunity to escape.
Faraji also repeatedly sought help from Human Resources and Employee Relations departments but received none. The lawsuit further alleges that Taylor repeatedly insulted Faraji and mocked her English diction, as she is of Persian descent.
Fox Sports released a statement to FOS, saying:
“We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”
Devin Abney, one of Faraji’s attorneys, stated to FOS:
“Our client looks forward to being vindicated and hopes this will compel Fox to take meaningful and substantial steps to address and resolve the toxic workplace that has impacted her and many of her colleagues.”
