Renowned music director Ravi Shankar Sharma, born on March 3, 1926, composed the iconic romantic song “Chaudhvin Ka Chand Ho” within 10 minutes. The opening lyrics were penned by Shakeel Badayuni in just a few minutes.

Ravi’s journey from an electrician to a music composer is truly inspirational. He started as an electrician in Delhi and later moved to Bombay, where he began his musical career. Despite no formal training in music, his talent shone through his compositions.

Collaborating with legends like Hemant Kumar and Asha Bhosle, Ravi carved a niche for himself in the music industry. His songs, ranging from playful to philosophical, were embraced by the audience.
