Offset and his team were coming out of the Hôtel du Collectionneur Wednesday night when they were confronted by a group of men said to be part of French rapper Gazo’s entourage.
Gazo and Offset Brawl
The group aggressively confronted the former Migos rap star and his crew, angry because they had paid Offset $150K for a video shoot, but it did not live up to their expectations.
Gazo demanded that Offset return the money, but the latter was unwilling to oblige.
The argument soon became physical, and Offset’s attempt to mollify the group did not succeed. Later, as Offset was leaving, one of the group members slammed him into a vehicle.
Offset could be seen yelling in the video:
“I’ll fire your a*s up.”
His security guard tried to hold him back in vain, and the situation turned even more bizarre, with fisticuffs and kicks being freely exchanged.
One person from the group managed to land a swift roundhouse kick to the back of one of Offset’s guy’s heads, which angered the rapper.
This infuriated the rapper, and his security guard tried his best to prevent the situation from turning even uglier.
Offset soon managed to break free from his security guard’s restraining grip and landed a designer boot kick to the head of one of his French opps before his guard managed to push him back to the hotel.
The French rappers were not cowed and tried to forcibly open the door, attempting to pull Offset out. A woman who seemed to be part of the rapper’s team ended up sprawling on the pavement as she tried to wrestle off the attackers.
As the police arrived at the scene, Offset’s team was left disorganized and arguing with one another.
According to the police, no one was arrested, and Gazo even posted a picture of himself with Offset on Thursday morning previewing their upcoming “Wembley” collab.
Maybe everything is sorted out now. Media house TMZ tried to contact Offset to know his side of the story, but he did not respond to the queries.
