GenAI startup Vodex secures $2 million for global expansion efforts

New Delhi, April 3 (IANS) Homegrown GenAI startup Vodex has successfully raised $2 million in a seed round from Unicorn India Ventures and Pentathlon Ventures. The funds will be used for global expansion, with plans to scale the business to at least 4 times in the next year. Vodex has already achieved a $1 million annual recurring revenue (ARR) in less than a year.

According to CEO Anshul Shrivastava, Vodex will prioritize investing in a dedicated support team to provide exceptional customer service, aiming to become the leading solution for businesses looking to leverage Gen AI-driven sales. The SaaS offering of Vodex generates human-like voice conversations, assisting businesses in accelerating their sales cycle.

Bhaskar Majumdar, Managing Partner at Unicorn India Ventures, expressed confidence in Vodex’s disruptive capabilities, foreseeing the company as a key player in utilizing GenAI and SaaS to help enterprises enhance CRM engagements. Vodex had previously received a pre-seed round from 100X.VC.
