Government liquor shops will be closed in Delhi, buying age reduced

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken a big decision to clamp down on the liquor mafia in Delhi. By changing the excise policy of Delhi, all those factors are being removed due to which the liquor mafia is able to run its illegal business.

The Kejriwal government of Delhi has made a change in the Excite Policy. There will no longer be government liquor shops in Delhi, plus the legal age of drinking alcohol will now be reduced to 21 years, previously it was 25 years. Under this, the person under age will not get entry in such a place where liquor is served. No new liquor store will be opened. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has given this information.

There will be equal distribution of liquor in Delhi but no new shops will be opened. There will no longer be a government liquor store in Delhi. Manish Sisodia, Deputy CM, Delhi, has an international system of government quality checks to check the quality of liquor in Delhi.

Deputy CM told the press conference that 60 percent of the government shops which were closed will be closed and given to private hands. The window system will be closed and shops with less than 500 square feet will not be allowed.
