GST Day – The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is basically an indirect tax system that is applicable to goods and services. On 1st July, GST Day is observed to acknowledge the tax reform implemented by the Central Government.

In 2017, the Central Government introduced the GST bill in India. The govt saw a positive response as the taxpayer were very active in their participation in the tax reform. Due to this, it is widely celebrated every year as GST Day on 1st July.
