Hackney Shooting: 1 Kid And 3 Adults Critically Injured, No Arrests Made Yet

Several gunshot wounds were discovered on a child and three adults at the Hackney shooting site near a restaurant. All of them were transferred to a hospital in east London, reported BBC.

On Wednesday, at about 21:20 BST, the police officials were called to Kingsland High Street when reports of gunshots were heard. 

The Metropolitan Police said that the London ambulance service, firearms specialists, and other officials attended the scene shortly after. 

Further details of the victims are not known at the moment. However, the child is currently in a serious condition. The three adults are critically injured as well. 

As per Times Now, the investigation related to the incident has begun recently. Thus, no arrests have been made yet. 

No Information on the Suspect 

Matt Ward, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner, said that the citizens of London would be in concussion due to the incident. 

He said, “Our thoughts go to all those affected.” Then added, “Fast moving inquiries are under way, and we will update as soon as we can. If anyone has any information, please contact us.”

The spokesperson of the London Ambulance Service revealed that the child and the three adults were given first aid before transferring to the major trauma center.
