According to news reports, she died in a fatal car accident. Around 4 in the morning on 28th September 2023, her SUV collided with another truck near the intersection of 161st Street South and South 49th West Avenue.
The crash was massive, police arrived at the scene and took victims to the nearby hospital where one was pronounced dead. Sadly Hadfley sustained severe injuries and couldn’t be saved. The other victim was Joshua Wood from Jenks aged 42, sustaining injuries on their legs arms and chest. Thankfully he will make a speedy recovery soon.
