Happy Independence Day 2022: Hindi Greetings, Shayari, Quotes, Messages, Wishes, Images, and Slogans to greet your loved ones

Happy Independence Day 2022: Even while there had long been discontent with colonial domination, the Indian independence movement really took off during the First World War. Mahatma Gandhi organised initiatives for nonviolent resistance while leading the uprising against the tyrannical British government. India fought for 200 years to liberate itself from the British Raj, rendering the war for independence a protracted one.

Even though the Indians were battling for their independence time after time, a few significant things shook the British monarchy enough for India to realise its independence on August 15, 1947. India observed January 26 just like its Independence Day from 1930 to 1947. In 1947, everything was shifted to August 15.  India shall observe its 75th Independence Day on August 15, 2022.
