Mumbai, Feb 18 (IANS) – Hina Khan, known for her dedication to fitness, recently gave her fans a glimpse into her latest workout routine. The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actor revealed that she incorporates skipping and weight training to effectively burn calories, emphasizing that her approach to staying fit doesn’t rely on strict dieting but on consistent exercise.
The actress took to Instagram Stories to share a video of herself sweating it out in the gym, wearing a green tee shirt with the caption “#nofilter.” She also shared a glimpse from the gym, revealing her workout routine, which includes running 7km, 1500 skips, and some body weight training.
Hina revealed that she has returned to Mumbai after wrapping up the shoot for a music video in Kolkata. During her visit to Kolkata, she indulged in local delicacies such as roshogulla, kachori, biryani, jalebi, puchka, and chicken rolls. Despite enjoying these delicious treats, she emphasized the importance of consistent exercise in her routine.
The actress recently collaborated with ‘Bigg Boss 17’ winner Munawar Faruqui for a music video titled ‘Halki Halki Si.’ The teaser of the song will be released on February 20 at 11 a.m.
On the work front, Hina Khan was last seen as a challenger in ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’ and will be soon seen in the English and Hindi bilingual movie ‘Country of Blind.’
