Home Minister Amit Shah to conduct roadshow in Tamil Nadu; campaign in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh today

In a series of political events today, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a roadshow in Kanniyakumari, and address public meetings in Alwar and Noida. Additionally, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi have planned campaign events in Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra respectively.

Shah’s busy schedule includes a roadshow in Kanniyakumari at 11 a.m., followed by public meetings in Alwar at 4 p.m. and Noida at 6 p.m. His aim is to support BJP candidate Mahesh Sharma in Noida. Meanwhile, Rajnath Singh will visit the Dantewada district in Chhattisgarh to appeal for votes for BJP candidate Mahesh Kashyap.

Rahul Gandhi is set to campaign for Congress candidate Kawasi Lakhma in Bastar constituency, as well as in Bhandara-Gondia constituency of Sakoli district. The Congress Central Election Committee (CEC) will finalize candidate names for remaining seats across various states, including Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab.

Other notable events include Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s public meetings in Uttarakhand, Bhagwant Mann’s campaign in Assam, Yogi Adityanath’s public meetings in Moradabad and Pilibhit, Mayawati’s rally in Roorkee, and more. The day is packed with political activities across the country as parties gear up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
