Indeed’s new AI tool streamlines hiring process for employees

Indeed, a global job matching and hiring platform, has introduced a new AI-powered tool called Smart Sourcing to streamline the hiring process for employers. The tool leverages AI to match candidates from a talent pool of 300 million workers worldwide based on their profiles and resumes shared on Indeed.

Employers can utilize the tool to quickly identify suitable candidates by scanning their skills, experiences, and qualifications. This enables a faster review process, direct connection with candidates, and ultimately expedites the hiring process, saving an average of 8.1 hours per week in recruiting and hiring efforts.

Abhishek Dhasmana, Senior Product Director at Indeed, emphasized the importance of simplifying the hiring process to create a positive experience for both employers and job seekers. The innovative AI-powered Smart Sourcing tool showcases Indeed’s dedication to revolutionizing job matching and hiring in India.

A recent survey by Indeed highlighted that 77% of job seekers stress the significance of employers understanding their preferences before contacting them. However, more than half of job seekers in India have been approached for roles that do not align with their preferences.

Indeed has also launched Specialist Media Networks in India to assist employers in filling challenging and competitive job roles. This initiative aims to provide targeted support to employers in sourcing suitable candidates for specialized positions globally.
